Howard Rheingold and James Gosling talk about 'smart mobs' and software
Howard Rheingold is famous in predicting tech trent. In a recent interview, he talked about "smart mobs", wireless technologies that enbale more than voice and plain data.
"The U.S. technology culture and leadership that we had with the PC and the Internet is not true with mobile communications technologies.".
James Gosling, the creator of Java, had some comment on software and license stuff.
"Most people made that work by basically breaking the law and installing it (Microsoft word) at home on all of their machines."
